From plan to public
Set the details. Choose when they appear.
Manage future events in your venue’s Events area. Public display depends on the active feature and venue access.

Add the details
Enter a name, date, start time, and end time. You can also add a description and a maximum attendee count.

Control publishing
Activate an event when it is ready for customers. Deactivate it to hide it temporarily without deleting it.

Keep it current
Edit the details when plans change or delete an event that should no longer appear.

One event, several places to discover it.
Active upcoming events can appear across your venue’s public experience.
Venue profile
Customers can open the events page from the profile when upcoming events exist.
Public menu
For eligible venues, the menu can show a popup with upcoming events.
Events page
Customers can view the event list and open each event’s details.
The maximum attendee count is informational. This feature does not collect RSVPs, sell tickets, or reserve places.
